Dirty Place and definitely a security deposit rip off

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
The carpet in the halls was ancient and dirty. The refrigerator was from the 60's ice build up in it to the point you could not close the door. Although, I cleaned the place before I left they took my deposit and charged me an extra $200.
