Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
these people are scum. they will take your security deposit FOR ANYTHING. i lived here, IT WAS AN ABSOLUTE DUMP. they had maybe 7 other tenants in the WHOLE BUILDING. the water heater BARELY worked, air/heat SUCKED. stove/fridge from 1950's im sure, and they were TERRIBLE.
