Even though the outside appearance isn't beautiful, it's a nice, secure complex. There are no squeaky floors, or risk of strucutural weakness. The apartments are the size you would expect for the rent amount asked. If something breaks, their maintenance man fixes it within a day. I don't have a car, so I can't complain about parking. Overall, I'm going to be staying until I finish school.
