The apartments are grossly overpriced for the area. There was blood stains on the hallway floor for over a month until I finally convinced the office staff it needed to be cleaned. Also, urine in the stairwells is a common problem. I was told my apartment would be fully furnished when I moved in. I waited 3 weeks for a coffee table and 4 weeks for blinds. The "free internet" comes and goes. I was told (and given a flyer supporting this claim) that off the street parking was included free of charge, then in October they start charging for parking. If you want to live in an unclean, extremely expensive, noisy, building where the office staff lies to you, than live here. Otherwise I suggest finding another place.
