tire slashing problem in parking lot...too expensive for spot per month...best to park on street. Lots of loud music with base, could not care what time it was. We are known as the purple apartments because of the hideous paint. My marine friend said the place "on the inside" looked worse than his barracks in Iraq. The staff was nice. Nobody picks up after their dog...dog crap everywhere...and I mean everywhere; sometimes in the hallway. Some days the dogs would not stop barking for 5 or 6 hours, then they would start up again.
