Looking for an apartment in Carbondale is hard enough, let alone looking for a decent one. It's especially hard to find a place that allows pets, but SGS has no limit! I absolutely love having my dog here!

Rent is a little over-priced but my cable, internet and water is included which is nice! Less bills you have to worry about.

The staff is nice, very mannerly. I've never had a complaint about maintainence calls, they were always very timely.

Sometimes pet messes are a problem in the hallways and the grounds, but they're usually taken care of. I wish it would be done a little more often though.

There's a brunch every Sunday that's FREE! Very good homemade breakfast foods that you'll be craving after being away from home for so long!

Not to mention while living here you're only about 2 blocks away from the SIUC campus.

All in all, I enjoy living at Saint Germain Square.
