The apartments themselves are constructed well enough, but they are old buildings and you should expect some level of ware to show. The air conditioner keeps the apartment cold and the heater keeps it warm.
The internet that is provided by the apartments is spotty and slow, but the problems with the slow speed are partially from tenants running peer 2 peer software at all hours and sucking away bandwidth from each other. Don't expect to be getting top speeds if you're a gamer.
The grounds are well kept and people almost always clean up after their dogs, but there are the few tenants that refuse to act according to law. If you afraid of dogs or have some allergy to them these apartments may not be for you as there are numerous dogs here, but are very friendly. The courtyard is often used by the tenants on the weekends for small gatherings around the fire pit and the noise level is kept to a minimum. The community here is very friendly and makes it very easy to become ingrained with the society.
The staff is very friendly and helpful to their full extent. If you have any issues Jen in the office is always willing to help and always keeps up with your problem until it is resolved.
The parking situation is a bit strained as there is limited spaces available. There is a wait list to get a spot in the parking lot, but people are usually giving up spots often because there is a small fee per month for a parking spot. There is street parking surrounding the parking, but on the weekends it is a problem trying to find a spot close by on the street.
Overall my experience here has been a good one and I would have renewed my lease here if I wasn't going to move in with my friends in a larger apartment. I would recommend these apartments to my friends as the pro's outweigh the con's for most people.
