Now, I want to state that the ONLY reason I am leaving this wonderful complex is because I have decided to move in with friends and these apartments do not fit more than 2 people.
I love this place, everyone is very welcoming and all the dogs are wonderful to be around! I've never had trouble with maintainance, they are always willing to help you (and being a girl who lives alone, it's nice to have help when it's needed!!). The brunches are AWESOME, the "apartment parents" make great food and help you step into meeting people. Being 2 blocks away from campus is great too, the walk is hardly anything. The staff is great, always very friendly. I love the free movie rentals! They are constantly adding movies to their collection and if they do not have it, they will check the other properties for you.
The only things I would suggest would be to not bring too many things to hang on the walls (they are concrete), so have fly swatters handy (ants are a slight problem, but what apartment doesn't get them'), to always clean up after your dog, talk to the people you live near and to not be afraid to (respectfully) talk to the staff about your concerns.
I'm going to miss this place!!!
