(user photo) Good size bedroom with PAPER thin walls. The people on the other side of that wall party all night. I could NEVER get to sleep.

I have been living in the apartments for a year now. My air conditioner went out, HOWEVER, they just didnt fix it, they installed a brand new one. Anytime I have had any problems they have been quick to come out and fix them. They are older buildings but the staff has been renovating the individual apartments as well as the buildings themselves. My electric bills are always easy on my checkbook, and the other utilities are included. It's affordable, has good parking, and the apartments are good sized. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice, cost effective place to live.
