(user photo) Good size bedroom with PAPER thin walls. The people on the other side of that wall party all night. I could NEVER get to sleep.

We lived at Sugartree for about 5 years. We were pretty satisfied. If anything broke or needed repair, the maintence was pretty quick and never gave us any grief about it. We had a dog, so all the open space was really great. Parking is fine, never had a problem with that (but you need a sticker). When we moved out, the office was very nice. If your a good tenant and lived there for awhile they are understanding about the condition of the apartment. There is a laundromat and a bus stop incase your a student.
