...it's not too good. the doors in the courtyard were always unlocked or opened and most of the time you could yank the door to parking lot opened, so the only thing separating you from the rest of c'dale is one lock. YIKES! the heater/ac does not heat/cool the the place well. i bought an ac wall unit that was much cheaper to run. most of the tenants are young so they don't respect a thing-loud music, yelling in the halls, random stains of god knows what on the floors. sometimes people would just come in off the street and act belligerent.
as far as management goes...well which set. i think 3 different people were named "manager" while i was there (2.5 yrs). the newest group is competent but i didn't feel good knowing that just some new person could be a manager whenever. oh well worked out for me because their recored keeping was so bad that my refund was $50 over and i got my last month's rent back even when i paid the differnece 1 month before moving out.
i never really had any big problems w/ cable/internet though
oh yeah when i first moved in i was paying $400/month and now for the same place they want like $625/month. what a rape
maintence was always great
