i had a broken shower well actually the pipes from the person above me we leaking through the shower ceiling. The water coming in was brown! I told maintenance 4 different occasions and they would come and then say the had to come back a later time. A year went by and they finally fixed it when the fire marshal came for inspections. aparently they got thier asses chewed for many things. My door got a hole punched in it once, my car got broken into three times, and finally i got hasseled by crack heads when leaving at night. Not a great place, but it is carbondale.
