	cleanest apartment ive seen in Carbondale! it was perfect for a single student. walking distance to campus. maintenance and office staff was helpful. i would recommend University Edge to any student!

	Stay Away if you possibly can. They trump up damages at the end of your lease to absorb your security deposit and add charges above that. They simply charge the renter for upgrading the aparments. They are cheap. But dont ... more
