Dont get taken in by the look of this place. That's exactly what happened to us. The garbage does not get emptied regularly due to which there is a pile up all over the place and attracts lots of flies. The toilets get clogged up all the time. The rooms downstairs are not properly insulated due to which there is almost a 15 degree difference with the upstairs room. Skunks ocassionally wander into the complex and smell up the place. You can be pretty sure that the apartment will be permeated with the stink as the windows & doors are not properly sealed. Its colder in the winter too because of this. The lawn is not regularly mowed & when it is its done very shabbily. The management especially the owner is not service oriented and she is known to be very crude with people who need to leave before their lease is up. She will make sure that she squeezes the money out of you. Oh yes, not to forget parking. Nightmare! Every apartment has an assigned spot. But you will frequently find someone parked in your spot and you will have to go door to door to find the person to move or you'd have to park a mile away from the complex which is not very exciting after a tiring day at work.
