I currently live in Wedgewood, and have been here for a few months, and I must say I'm surprised by the other reviews. I live in the graduate professional side, and I truly love it. It is always very quiet, and well kept. We have had a couple of maintenance issues, and all of them were taken care of the very next day with no questions asked. The owner, Loretta can be strict on the "no parties" rule but I'm fine with that as it keeps the place quiet and clean. You can obviously still have friends over, just no loud parties. The parking situation has never been a problem- everyone gets a spot and two parking passes for guests, and I suppose if you don't park in the right spot, then you might not like it, as you will be towed.

The rooms are really big, the appliances are in good shape, and the apartments themselves are very well maintained. The majority of the people here are law and med students, and I would definitely recommend this place for graduate students.
