RIP OFF! There's charges for the littlest things. If you don't live there in the summer, they charge for utilities even if no one is living there. I had 3 other roommates that each ended up paying around $100 each for a couple of damages. They do not send you warning of the charges

There were roaches like crazy, trash, broken glass, and cigarette butts everywhere in the parking lots. They refuse to plow in winter, so good luck

Poorly maintained Do not move here if you can help it. The building requires a cleaning overhaul and is poorly maintained. I have repeatedly asked for a leak in my shower to be fixed and my request has been ignored. Being nice is not equal to being a good landlord, so be careful!
