I'm moving from here after 6 years and during that time I've seen alot of managers in the office come and go.
The good: The current manager is the best by far. She really keeps the property maintained and has put a stop to a lot of people hanging out in the hallways and in front of buildings. The staff answers service calls the same day or the next day, though the maintenance guys, bless their hearts, aren't the best at fixing things, they do try. Community center right across the street.
The bad: Midnight towing will tow you for not having a sticker, having a flat, or just because they feel like it. Tenants cannot control the heat, you either freeze or burn up. Spiders and other bugs (no roaches though) Geese and droppings everywhere.
This is by far the nicest complex on Gundersen. All in all it's a good, safe place to live. Though there are a million kids in the complex and the elementary school is #1 in the state. It was good when my kids were little, now we need more space, but I would recommend this complex to people with small kids.
