I'm getting married soon which is the reason I'm moving, but if I wasn't I would surely have renewed my lease (which only went up $11/month). I was a bit nervous when I first moved in, but I have never had a problem, any maintenance issues or concerns were always dealt with quickly and professionally and I was always treated with respect by the management. The grounds always look fantastic (especially in the warmer months) and the whole community seems like a place where kids can be kids which is nice. The only downside I would say, is that snow removal could be a little better. With as much snow as we had this year, it piled up and sometimes it was difficult to find a parking spot. Other than that, no problems! I recommend this place 100%.
