As a previous renter I would advise other people NOT to rent an apartment here. This complex is unkept. This complex does not have a maintenance person on staff. There are several current residents who are suing because of a mold problem that has made family members sick. All of the pipes are eroding, and there is also water damage to the walls. For example mold growing in the walls because of the water present. There are several gangs in the area, and there was a shooting a few months ago over drugs being sold in the parking lot. This is an unacceptable place for anyone to live whether they have children or not.
