If you love roaches then this is the place for you!!! They are everywhere in my kitchen it's so disgusting especially when I have a baby. I talked with the management before I moved in and asked if there were roaches and I was told that there were no complaints that the management was aware of. It was all a big LIE!!! It must be an ongoing problem because even though an exterminator comes out when you request it to the management...he doesn't do a good job and those pesky roaches are still appearing everywhere. They multiply by the millions. The appliances are from the 70's and the bathtub and toilet are an ugly avocado green. The carpet is dark brown and was dirty when I moved in and the floors are very creaky. I live on the 2nd floor and I can hear everything going on above me. I only moved here because the apartment is close to my job and the rent is cheap but when your rent is inexpensive look what you get and all the problems. Also I wanted to add that there are gangs living here as well as I was a witness. I was walking down the hall with my daughter in her carseat and there were 2 black guys being chased by 2 hispanic men with a whip. There was blood all over the ground. I was so scared and realized that I need to get out of this place. Also during all times of the day especially at night, teenagers and hipanic men loiter and hang out in the hallways making it very unsafe to leave your apartment.
