Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
The apartments here are WAY over priced. I had the unfortunate time of having to find an apartment immediately and went by their "advertising"...learned my lesson right away! Disgusting goose droppings EVERYWHERE and the lighting is horrible. I was afraid every time I had to park on the "other side" of the complex...because of poor parking. I always carried pepper spray and complained continually about the safety just to be ignored time and time again. I have had my guest's car broken into, my shoes and towels stolen while I was swimming, and a hit and run with my vehicle in the parking lot. I urge you to check with the local police department before considering moving into "Covered Bridges"...
