We just moved in last year, and it's truly nice to see that people have been complaining about the "secure" entry to the buildings for three years....because they're still not fixed. We also had the inconvenience of having our mailbox jimmied open leaving our mail ripped open all over the hallway. Luckily it only took about a WEEK for the office to fix the problem. I too was swept up in the idea of affordable rent and a nice enviroment but we have the luxurious view of the neighbors balcony about 10 feet away. Drug dealers across the hall with people pounding on the doors at all hours of the night. Of course I could be being judgemental by saying that, but oh yes, we found a crack pipe and razor blades in our LAUNDRY one day, so I suppose i'm reporting accuratly. I think it was said best previously, don't take our word for it, but check with the police department before you decide to move in here. By the way, if you ever have a problem, try calling the answering service at night. They'll be more than happy to listen to your problem, now call the front office the next day and see if they have any idea what your talking about...they have no idea. Because the answering service does absolutly nothing.

I called the police station. Because of "racial profiling" they will no longer give out crime information about an area of their town. Another casuality of Polically Correctness gone wrong!!!!!

The reason any place may or may not have a high crime rate is due to people not reporting crimes to the police. Now days to many people are afraid to report thing happening. If more crimes are reported then management has to respond. If you can get proof by taking pictures and printing them out and mailing them to the office or police. That way they can not say it isnt happening.

To Those out there I reported my building was about to be broke into to the police they came out and inspected it. A few months later for job purposes I had to go and draw up this information so I can give to employer, but police had no record what so ever that this crime was reported. Move over the answering service is still the same. Also my mail box was ripped open, but it took managment a month with a threat from my husband to get this problem fixed.
