I agree, I signed my lease one day and wanted to move out the next day. Unfortunantly, it was a huge inconvenience. I didn't have the time or the energy to do so. So I was forced to fight for what I wanted. THe management is horrible and huge liars. When I initially came here, I was shown one model and the apartment I moved in was no where near the same. First off the people in the office lied. THey told me my apartment would be ready on the day I planned to move in and it wasn't. As a result, they did a rush job and the apartment was horrible. The carpet was old and it smelt horrible. If I'm not mistaken, it smelled like the previous resident has pets and the smell just didn't come out of the carpet. The kitchen cabinets was cracked and missing pieces. The kitchen and bathroom towel was horrible, it was very well overdue for replacements. The air conditioner in the livingroom was missing the plug. The toilet was leaning. and many other problems that could have been easily fixed. I had the threaten the management with legal assistance just to get a repsponse. THe major problems was fixed eventhough the office manager told me she couldn't fix them. The minor problems was not all fixed. THe representative Mary is a huge liar and the office manager think the residents don't have brains. THe management is very rude. People let their kids run in the halls all day long. They play ball and other games and they use foul language. The hall are always smelly and dirty. We have to stay on management just to get the halls cleaned once a week. The stair cases smell like urine. This place has roaches and other unidentifiable bugs. The landscaping is horrible and duck and bird poop is all over the place. The balconies are out dated. The appliances are out dated. When I first moved here I regreted and I still do. I've learned to live with some of the problems and the others. I just can't tolerate. My car window was busted out with a baseball bat and I'm still not sure why. I think this place need help. As of now, this place is a crap hole and I wouldn't refer anyone to move here. I believe this place has potential if a new management team take over. This place need a management team that is human and understand the needs of residents. With the correct management, maybe this place has a chance if improvements are done. Until then, don't move here....
