The inside of the apartment was decent, especially for the low rent; however, the management, building exterior, and certian neighbors left a bad taste in my mouth.

Management decided to replace our carpet after we moved out. They decided to lie and say the carpet was stained and in bad condition, even though this was not true, in order to take almost all of our security deposit for the replacement.

The exterior looked like it had been impressive 20 year ago, but was dirty, often trashed, and in need of much repair and upkeep. Our concrete porch was being supported by 2 rotting wooden posts and I did not feel extremely safe on it.

Many of the tenents made the situation worse. I was in constant fear that our downstairs neighbors would destroy our apartment by constantly playing with fire, fire works, and flamable liquids directly next to the building. Numerous tenents also trashed the hallways and outside areas on a regular basis. Glass litered the potholed parking lot.
