I have lived at Covered Bridges for the past year and one half. It was a difficult time in my life when I moved in. The place was ok but nothing special. Then a few months ago a new management company took over. They have been great. It used to take for ever to get anything fixed. Since the new management took over, I have had three minor problems with my apartment which were fixed immediately.
