Covered Bridges being a lovely and nice sounding complex, is anything but that!!

Needing a place to live Covered Bridges does over some great deals on rent and move in specials, but as for raising a family and staying for multiple years, this is not something I would suggest for anyone.

Parking is ample, but don't expect to park your car anywhere near your home.

New Management has taken over at Covered Bridges, but no mention of what repairs has been made available.

All the sidewalks are in need of major repair and even some of the apartment foundations are cracking and crumbling. There are plenty of dead trees to look at while you walk through the complex, and it would appear that the previous owners did not try to make it visual appealing.

The complex is located just to the South of North Avenue, so be prepared for a lot of traffic noise as well as the sirens from emergency vehicles that are stationed right down the street. Plus it would seem that a lot of people don't respect others by honking their horns at all hours of the night, and revving their engines and peeling out of the parking lot.

I have noticed Security Officers do patrol the complex, but this seems to happen only on occasion, and once they are gone, whatever disturbance they broke up seems to resurface.

Also take into consideration if you are moving into Covered Bridges that you will hear every person walking up or down the staircases in your building as the walls are not all that well insulated for sound.

For a short term home, Covered Bridges will certainly meet your needs, but I urge those that are looking to settle down with something more permanent to keep looking.
