Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006
We have been residents for over 9 years and have seen what was a well kept complex deteriorate. The landscaping was not kept up; the formerly beautiful walkways and lawn areas are more mud and dirt than grass now. The property has recently been purchased by new owners and some improvements have been made. We have noticed long time neighbors moved and the parking lots were very empty. They have begun to fill up, but the quality of some of the tenants is lacking. We feel it is no longer safe for our children. We will be moving as soon as the lease is up. We used to like this place but it has dropped far below safe & comfortable for our family. We do not recommend!
