You can do so much better for your money. Yes, there is new management. They have hired "crews" to come in and "fix the place up." These crews have been dragging there ladders and tools and crap through the grass making the entire complex a mud hole for the past 6 months. You cannot walk inside without ruining everything you have on. Not to mention - whoever they hired to plow the parking lot... wow, hopefully they aren't paying top dollar because THEY SUCK! They plow half the parking lot, and you're lucky if you can make it out for work when there's a snow storm. I live on the first floor, alone. I do not feel safe! Someone has tried to get in through my sliding glass door twice - that I know of. There are weird people leering around the buildings inside and out. You could get the illusion that it may be a family type complex if you go there when school's letting out, but a few hours later realize that half the kids that live there get locked outside until mom and dad get home and are curing their boredum by tearing the place apart, ripping water heaters out of the heater rooms, breaking windows, leaving doors open for their friends (if they DO have keys) you name it, these kids do it!! The neighbors that live above me let their shower run all over the floor, and it drips down into my bathroom randomly. I've notified the apartment management several times, and they have yet to come and see the damage done to the ceiling. I am moving out in May and I cannot wait to get the hell out of there!! Renters beware!! You can do A LOT BETTER for your money!!!

My sentiments exactly. This place is the worse that I've ever seen. I really don't know how people have lived here for years and years on end. I too moved in here in 2007 - can't wait until my lease is up to get the hell away from here. I totally agree with you on everything you said. New management - they may as well kept the old management whoever they were because this place is like a hell-hole. All of the tenants here know it and the management knows it. As long as they're collecting the rent - that's all they care about. It's ridiculous when the police and fire dept have to come out and through (salt) down in the parking lot because it's so slippery and someone had a really bad fall. These doors are never locked; anyone can just walk in. The hallways are constantly nasty and smell. The list goes on and on. Moving is the best thing that you could ever do for yourself.
