Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
 
Lakehaven is an average apartment complex. Benefits include nice neighborhood , close to shopping mall and stores..
Washer/dryer in every apartment....
And pets are alllowed in every apartment building

However, outside general maintainence is not always the best........and management is very unprofessional.
