If you are looking to move to Lakehaven...DON?T. But once you meet the leasing team, you won?t anyway, their service is AWFUL. They need training on customer service. The property is NOT well maintained its dark, trashy and lots potholes. The lobby door?s lock is usually damaged, too. Although, the maintenance staff is friendly, their language skills are poor, if you look past the communication obstales you will usually get good service. (English is their 2nd language). There is no order to maintenance request either, you will find this out once you move in.

PARKING: BAD with POOR lighting!!



APT SIZE: FAIR



COST: FAIR



SERVICE: THE WORST!!!



The service has drop off the face of the earth with the change in management and staff. (If they are nice to you, PLEASE know it will only last until you sign the lease) This was once a nice place to live but NOT ANYMORE.
