The complex is run down. Their is dog ---- and garbage all over. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors fart. The lake is mosquito land. I wouldn't recommend this dive to my worst enemy. Oh yeah and the maintainence will take care of your complaint whenever you aren't home or will just enter your apartment without notice or knocking. Stay away it is not worth the money.
