As a 3 year resident of Lakehaven who is always on time with rent, I have to say I have become truly dissapointed in every aspect. First, what was once a quiet area has, over the last year, become a loud and sometimes unruly enviroment. The unsupervised and seldom cleaned pool has went from a place where many families gather to swim and socialize to just a "great place to party" for many. People bringing in alcohol and getting drunk while we attemp to swim with our children. The management's response is simply "oh, we arent aware of this".
Graffiti is now an issue, we had a big ugly peice of graffiti on our buildings mailbox that faces the street, yet despite 3 complaints from me, it was not cleaned off. it appears the management team is not overly concerned with the appearance of our complex.
All of this is just the beginning of the issues we have raised with managment. There have been many others such as broken doors, railings, hallway light fixtures, door bells and buzzers. Each of these issues have taken weeks to be resolved and some have never been fixed at all. Oh yes, and let's not forget the fitness center which was to be remodeld. The work began and then for whatever reason, had to stop, so now we get to keep the outdated equipment while the fitness room itself lies half torn up.

All of these issues come equiped with a standard yearly rent increase (this year $50.00). There is no justification for the rent to go up, it just seems to rise with the problems.
