The apt. I had was really nice, but the maintenance crew failed to clean our building. Granted maybe they got tired of picking up all the cig butts these new neighbors of ours always left in the stairwell and halls ( even after a note was put up about not doin this ), still it made the building look horrible. What happened to credit checking people, the people next to us had horrible children and kept the little one at home by herself when she should have been in school. Then these people downstairs did drugs in the hallway. Leaving pipes and what not. Several complaints to mgt and nothing was resolved. Definately would not recommend.. who wants to take a chance in living somewhere that might have problems and mgt does not resolve it. It took 10 mos. to get these people evicted, by the time they were we did not resign our lease and moved elsewhere. Parking was sometimes really bad to find.
