I don't know where all of these other people are coming from. I've lived in Lakehaven for 3 years and they have been improving the quality of life here by making improvements all around. If you need something fixed, it's fixed right away, they even have a service where they put a note on your door every month that you can write any problems you are having on and hang it outside your door and they will take care of it. The price is great compared with many other apartments, you get a good, safe area, washer/dryer in your apartment - which is hard to find as it is. And the place it kept nice. I'd recommend anyone to live here, and have.

They started to post the notes on your door, but lately have they. I know that I have had several problems and I had to call several time before someone actually did something. The rent is increased substantially and their is never any parking after 6PM. Other than that, the inside of the apartment is nice, but live in the building with dogs or cats, it stinks in the hallways. They want their rent on time, but can't fix anything on time.
