I'm going to make this short and to the point. They will tell you anything they have to to get you to sign the lease. They come in your apartment without letting you know ahead of time. I have told them numerous times no one is to come into my apartment without me there. They ignore me. Rent is always going up. Maintanence is horrible. The apartment above me left a toilet running all night. My ceilings, bathroom doorway, and carpet was ruined. It still has a horrible smell. When they came to take care of it all they did was through the towels i had laying down in the sink and my bathroom rugs in the tub. That's all they did. My car was broken into twice. Things are broken and stay that way. They adverse that they have a pool but you have to jump through hoops to get access to it. They charge you extra fees any chance they get. The parking sucks. The landscape sucks. The people in the office are rude and treat you like you're bothering them. Once i informed them that i was going to be out of state for a couple of weeks for some military training. I informed them that i wouldn't be back until the third (two days after the rent is due). I told them I would pay them then. I came home to numerous signs and notes on my door threating eviction and countless messages on my phone. They even went as far as to call my mom who lives three hours away and started herassing her. When i went in and paid the rent (keep in mind this was the third rent being due on the first) and talked to them about how i had made previous arrangements with the person at the desk they informed that they don't make special arrangements and i must have misunderstood. Then i was warned not to let it happen again. I am telling you. What ever they say don't believe them. I found out they switch out managers between different apartment complexs owned by the same person. It's my belief they do this so what ever promises were made at the beging can't be pinned on the manager because guess what, he now works at a different building.
