Lived here 10 months and can't wait to leave. Management couldn't give a flip about you and will give you the run around. Lease went up $150 in one year! In one night there were 22 car breakins. Management didn't do antything to notify residents so after it happened a SECOND TIME, the Carol Stream cops came by to warn resisdents, and thats how I found out and was warned to watch my car. The maintenence men come right away, but only if the staff remembers to notify them. Manager Stan Rolan is absolutely terrible. Not worth your money or your headache.

I agree - Stan is terrible! He couldn't care less about you unless you're a prospective tenant. That obviously is felt by his staff as well as no employee ever stays there longer than a few months. In addition to you rent going up - mine went up over $200 after I signed my original lease. Terrible, awful environment!
