Lets get the demographics out of the way first:
I am a single white male 25 yrs old. I have a job that pays a middle class salary.
I was unsure of the place when I moved in, but was surprised right off the bat. Brand new carpet and obviously paint. Apartment had exceeded my expectations. Outside its old, but I dont really care Im looking for value. No scummy people walking around, good for me. Some kids, but not in my building....just women...im ok with that.
The outlets are sometimes shotty, and cable line was bad and had to be replaced...no big deal. When I moved in I made a list and gave it to the office for repairs (nothing major), they fixed within 2 days.
Have had no complaints with noise, but this may be because my neighbors are young. I can hear some dogs barking around 530pm but I just turn up my tv, no big deal. Hallway you can hear everything, but once in your apartment cant hear others, but still the hallway. There is a good balance of soundproofing with 2 walls. Never hear neighbors next door.
Office staff is fine, nothing special, nothing bad. I have a question, they answer it. I have a problem, they fix it.
Rent is decent and the washer&dryer in unit sold me.
Parking is fine, but if you live in an apartment complex dont expect to park near your unit all the time. I am lucky because I ALWAYS find parking near, I dont live in a corner.
I have a lakeview, I am watching it snow over the lake now. People fish in it, dont know if they catch anything, but it looks nice.
All in all, if you just want a place to live thats inexpensive, this place gets my vote. Im happy.

6 months now, still good. My shower backs up a bit but I have a plunger for that. Kind of pissed me off. Still no noise complaints about me (i am not quite). The people above me play Jumanji everynight though...pisses me off.
