My family (boyfriend, 14 month old daughter and I) have lived here for 2 years now. It's ok. In the beginning, it was AWFUL. That's before the new company, now, took over. I have two major complaints...the noise is HORRIBLE...neighbors are so loud (upstairs). I think they do aerobics! The stomping up and down all day is annoying. The other complaint is parking. Looking at the office...we live right side of it all the way back. We sometimes have to park by the office. Carrying groceries and a baby...it's very hard. I wish they would fix these situations, but I guess it's impossible. They are getting ready to remodel these apartments, so I am excited to see what they look like. They are doing some great things to these units and I am getting happier living here. If you are looking for an affordable place, this is it. If you are looking for peace and quiet...RUN AWAY!
