my wife and i stayed their 4 years 2003 2007 we loved staying there very nice place the staff was nice some neighbors was nice some were ok. but overall we had a great time.when we first moved their the policeman stopped me all the time.as you can probably guess i am a black man and very proud of it.any way when they checked and found out i was a resident their i didn't have any more problems i liked the fact the police department was on the job.i met some other tennents who didn't like it as much as my wife and i did. i would highly recommend the apartment and community to my friends and family.
