The person that commented below me must be someone who works for french quarters, this place is a complete dump. There is garbage everywhere, the stairwell always smells like urine, there are roaches all over the place. It is just plain nasty in there. I have no food at all in my apartment and there still are roaches. To many people live in this place that just dont care about being clean. They throw there garbage in the stairwell and hallways just so they dont have to walk outside. People constantly yelling at all hours of the night, kids running up and down the hallways and playing in the elevator. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Damn place should be shut down it is so bad.

I am currently living at parkway commons as well. Which is after they turned from the french quarter to parkway commons.. the day we signed the lease, we took a cup full of them and showed it to the people in the office, and she laughed at us... and now they are having a break out of bed bugs.. which have infested our furniture, and bed... yeah this place is a total dumb.. I pay almost a thousand give or take 20 dollars , I should not have to be dealing with roaches and bed bugs, and the kids running around and screaming.. and the rodents in the walls..
