This place is a hell hole

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
People ride around on top of cars in the parking lot, screaming and making all kinds of noises all hours of the night.
All the applicances are old and out of date, plumbing is horrible, water pressure is ok.
Neighbors are scary, it seems that they are renting to the scum of the earth.
Management was rude and unhelpful.
just a very BAD experience...
