Poor Managment - Shady

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
Overall apartment is nice. It seemed the entire apartment was in the living room which was too much room. Managment wasn't clear on their "no pets building" policy. No pets should mean no pets (they allow cats, which I am allergic to). The neighborhood went from not too bad to worse when I lived there. Parking is good. Appliances are good.
