For several years now, I have enjoyed living at St. Charles Square. They take good care of the apartments and the buildings. I used to rent a garage space and since I neede an outlet, the manager just asked a service tech to install it. The following week I had an outlet in my garage and wa able to plug in my tools. I know this is a small detail but details like this make me want to continue living here.

Yes you do have an outlet but it only works at night when the outside lights come on since the power to the garage is all run off the same photo sensor.
