In the two years I lived there, I had horrible experiences. A neighbor stalked me and bothered me constantly. I complained to the management and nothing was done until I called the police and filed a complaint. Be aware that this is a very very noisy complex! Most of my neighbors during the two years were very loud-lots of parties, people fighting, etc. Again, management does little about this! Finally, the lighting in the lots is not very good. My brand new car was vandalized a month after I got it. Also there does not seem to be enough parking spots when the complex is near capacity. Many times coming home at night (I worked evenings) I had to park very far from my building and walk because nothing was open anywhere near my building. Finally, I don't think management checks into how many people actually live in an apartment. When I first moved in my nighbors were a couple with four children in a two bedroom apartment. When they moved, I got two college guys in a one bedroom apartment who seemed to have four other guys living with them as well.
