They started accepting Section 8, so since then it's gone to the toilet. I would never rent here and NEVER recommend this place to even my worst enemy. Last night I was up until 1am because the neighbor feels the need to TURN UP HIS SPEAKERS on the computer extremely loud. EVERY night I hear YOU'VE GOT MAIL - through the wall of my bedroom. I have contacted management about it, but they do *nothing* about noise complaints - ever. They expect YOU to handle it. After the "nightly" YOU'VE GOT MAIL, the jackass continues to play his radio and/or TV extremely loud and I can hear it clearly in my apartment. Despite several attempts at calling management to fix this problem, and even BANGING on the wall, he refuses to do a thing about it. I cannot sleep, no one gives a crap. As if that's not bad enough, the lawn mowers started up at 6:45am. Trust me, I can't make this stuff up. This place is far beyond a dump. Last weekend some guy came home drunk and unruly at 3am, busted out the window on the 1st floor (it's not his apartment, mind you). He was arrested loudly in the parking lot. There are SO many other things I could say, but I won't bother. If you're not convinced by all the other posts here, then you're a glutton for punishment!!
