But, they aren't. Those of us who have lived here know better. This place is NOT worth the money. Not only that, but I just found out if we plan to renew our lease the rent will go up. I plan on moving out when the lease is over with, there is NO WAY I'm paying more money to live in this dump. There is a problem with geese and ducks swimming in the community pool, and no one has handled this yet. There are goose and duck droppings ALL OVER the grass and sidewalks, you cannot walk anywhere without getting it on your shoes. The carpet in the hallways hasn't been updated in 10 years (I know this, because I lived here 10 years ago when they put the new carpet in and added new doors...the management was MUCH BETTER then.) The doors are made of metal, so they keep repainting and repainting them and it just flakes off. Hello morons, you can't keep paint on a metal door! It literally lasts a month, and the first hot or extreme cold day it is flaking off and looking horrible again. My ceiling fan has not worked since I got here, and no one has been able to fix it (and I pay extra money every month to have it, by the way). Maintenance is totally useless. Good luck getting anything done around here. Every time I need something, I have to call at least 3 times becasue I am constantly told "oh we never got that message" yea, right. Do they ever check their voicemails that specifically SAY "if you have a maintenance request, please leave it after the tone and someone will get back to you as soon as possible" ''

There are several children who come over to our apartment from the Section 8 housing down the street and use our pool every day. Does anyone do anything about it' Of course not. The manager Ana Gutierrez N is busy with her short-shorts on, doing maintenance to trees on a high ladder while her maintenance men look on. If you think I'm joking, come over to our complex sometime, you'll see for yourself. She's a poor excuse for an apartment manager. She doesn't act or look professional. She DOES really wear shorts that are up her crack (and her cellulite hanging out) and she DOES wear low cut shirts, this is so not a joke! I am a man, and I'm even disgusted to see this. She is a manager and I expect more professionalism out of her than that.

Rent here if you will, but I tried to warn you! This is just the tip of the iceburg of problems here. All of the other negative posts are exactly right on. This place is overpriced and not worth it.
