I found out Ana, the manager was actually the one who called the police on that guy a few months back that broke the window (discussed in an earlier review). She told me all about it as though it was normal. I have seen those stoners out there since, throwing rocks at the windows to get someones attention at all hours of the night. The environment has definately changed in the time that I have lived there. I agree with all the bad reviews I have read. There are kids everywhere-and they do not even move out of the street when you are trying to drive by! They have no respect for anyone or anything, and managment has clearly given up. It is to bad because it really used to be a nice place to live. The only positive it that parking is available, but that is because people are moving the second their leases are up!! As I will be!! I've lived here 5yrs and this is NOT the same place it was 5yrs ago! I can honestly say the negative reviews that are posted here is unfortunately "THE TRUTH". I know that there are people who have posted positive comments that would disagree and thats okay. However that doesn't change that fact that there is more negative comments than positive comments about St. Charles apts here! and the recommendation percentage is very low as well as the overall rating is very low!.....THINGS THAT MAKE U GO HMMMMMM!
