All of the negative reviews so far have been right on. The water in the shower gets BOILING hot without warning - I mean it melts your skin off. I can't get cold water in my bathroom sink unless I flush the toilet first - maintenance cannot seem to figure out the problem. I had a leaky toilet, it took them 4 days to get it fixed and I was told I'll be charged for the tiles that got ruined. The walls are paper thin, I was able to hear the guy in the next apartment when he was using the bathroom (disgusting!) I had high hopes when the new property manager took over (Risa) that things would change for the better around here. Well, they have gotten worse. She has made a new rule that when you use the community pool, you CANNOT USE THE BATHROOM any longer in the office!! She expects you to take your child HOME to use the bathroom. What kind of rule is that' I have never heard anything so ridiculous in my lifetime. In the winter time they NEVER salt the walkways, and I have slipped down the stairs outside. The last time these apartments were renovated was back in 1992 - I know this because I used to live here when they replaced the carpeting in the hallways and repainted outside. At THAT time, the property manager (Deb) really CARED about what the residents thought. Since then, they have allowed Section 8 people to move in and it has gone straight to hell. My car has been broken into at night a few times already. Oh and forget about sleeping. When the landscapers are here they start at 6:45am with the weed whackers and lawn mowers and they won't finish until 5pm. If you are looking for luxury apartment living, trust me when I say this is NOT IT. I've lived in luxury apartments and this is nowhere close to it. I'm so glad I'm moving out this year, I wouldn't be able to take it for another second.
