Overpriced

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
noisy complex, you can hear your neighbors upstairs, next to you, and across the way. I had a neighbor who will stomp so hard that the lightbulb would go out. The management will not do anything about the trouble. If something needs to be fixed, wait awhile because it will take two to three hours before they fix something like a leak. If something should be broken you will be stuck with the bill for the repairs. The complex is a clean, but nothing fancy.
