I am a resident and an employee-I was a resident first and was so impressed with the entire team that I asked for a job and was hired. If you want true and real reasons why you should choose this community rather than so many others in the area, stop in the office and talk with the staff and observe for yourself. The remarks you see posted must be by disgruntled people and people that probably are upset for paying a late fee or causing damage in their apartment.Whatever, see for yourself- don;t trust strangers that want to vent. If you are an employee of course you would promote it, otherwise you would be fired. I lived in apartments near by to you & I for one would not want to live there just from hearing & seeing what went on there, because of this and another nearby complex, I did not feel safe at the complex I lived in

Well let's see, this has to be either Diane or Sandy because they're the only two who live and work here. Everyone else is far too stuck up to live here, they're TOO GOOD for these dumpy apartments. Diane talks to anyone under the age of 85 like they're a child, and judging by the horrendous typing and spelling I'd assume she's the one wrote this review. Sandy has a lot of class, but has a racial way about her too. Hmm. Guess you can't really trust anyone at the office, especially Risa the 40-something-wishing-she-was-20-something who flirts with every UTI student within a 50 mile radius.
